The annual Hillman Cancer Center Gala transforms the arena floor and lobbies of PPG Paints Arena (home to the Pittsburgh Penguins) into a formal dinner party for nearly one-thousand guests featuring musical entertainment and keynote speakers. The 2022 event, Hope Transcends, featured a design inspired by outer space and was headlined by Grammy award winner, Diana Krall. The design focused on sparkle and stars to transform the utilitarian venue into a one-time-only event.
